This is ideal for business users using the Hosted PBX as their main method of communications and where the Desktop PC or Laptop is used to answer and manage calls and call flows.

This reduces the need for hardware and an onsite PBX. It comes in three models, the standard, Professional and Enterprise versions.

Communicate using a laptop or computer and replace your switchboard phone with a mobile screen based operator console. 

The installation file and licences can be made available by Goldtel upon request.

The softphone is available on the Windows platform.

A free demo is available that is limited to 10 buttons and 1 minute of conversation per call.
